Questions and Answers

The University Library offers three options for advertising your event or (student) organization:  

• On the screens.  
• Poster frames (A3 click frames) in the restroom areas. 
• Banner by the stairs.  

These options are provided free of charge. Due to the limited number of poster frames, it's possible that not all submissions will be displayed during busy periods. Please submit your request in a timely manner. 

The following conditions apply: 

• An application for poster frames and/or banner can be submitted up to three months in advance. There is no deadline for the screens. 
• The information will be displayed for up to four weeks. 
• Your organization has a demonstrable connection to Erasmus University. 
• The content must have a specific connection to the organization or event and does not contain advertisements and/or logos of third parties.  
• No commercial purpose is pursued.
