According to article 7 of the Dutch copyright law, the so-called employers copyright, the employer is the holder of the copyright to works made in the course of employment.

Therefore, the EUR holds the rights to the teaching material that you have created as an employee of the university. However, works created outside the employment fall outside of the employers’ copyright.
