The embedding/framing of a work is not seen as a reproduction and is therefore allowed.
There is an exception to this: circumventing provisions against preventing embedding is considered copyright infringement.
In addition, make sure that the work is not illegal. Although there is no duplication, you are providing access to the illegal work.
