When you have a Google Scholar Profile, you can download that list and upload it in your ORCID record.
Please note: Google Scholar has no article identifiers like DOI or PubMed ID. To make full use of ORCID, the records should have a DOI or another identifier.

Step 1: Download your publication list from your Google Scholar profile
  • Open your Google Scholar Profile and log in;
  • Mark the titles you want to export;
  • Click Export;
  • Choose BibTeX;
  • Save the file;
  • Change the format from .txt to .bib.
Step 2: Upload the file in your ORCID record
  • Open your ORCID record;
  • Click + Add works and select Import BibTeX;
  • Click the button Choose file and browse to the .bib file from Google Scholar;
  • Check the records added - you can save (disk icon) or ignore (bin icon) them.
More info can be found in the EUR ORCID LibGuide.
