When you have a Google Scholar Profile, you can download that list and upload it in your ORCID record.
Please note: Google Scholar has no article identifiers like DOI or PubMed ID. To make full use of ORCID, the records should have a DOI or another identifier.
Step 1: Download your publication list from your Google Scholar profile
- Open your Google Scholar Profile and log in;
- Mark the titles you want to export;
- Click Export;
- Choose BibTeX;
- Save the file;
- Change the format from .txt to .bib.
Step 2: Upload the file in your ORCID record
- Open your ORCID record;
- Click + Add works and select Import BibTeX;
- Click the button Choose file and browse to the .bib file from Google Scholar;
- Check the records added - you can save (disk icon) or ignore (bin icon) them.
