I forgot my ORCID iD, how I do re-set my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Visit https://orcid.org/reset-password;
  2. Select the ORCID iD option;
  3. Enter your email address;
  4. Select Recover account details;
  5. Go to your own email and look for an email from reset@notify.orcid.org with a password reset link which is valid for 4 hours;
  6. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.
