That depends. Are you an EUR student? If so, you can use the digital student card in the OSIRIS app. Report the loss of your physical student card as soon as possible at the Erasmus Student Service Centre (ESSC).
EUR staff and other members need to get a replacement for their library card at the information desk of the University Library or the Services Desk of the ISS Library after showing a valid ID. There are no costs for EUR staff. Other members pay €2,50.
Attention: Until theft or loss is reported, you as a borrower will be responsible for all publications borrowed with the student card or library card.
