How can I print, copy and scan?

All the printers on campus Woudestein and at ISS can be used for printing, copying and scanning. You use your ERNA credentials, without @eur.nl, to log in.

Printing

You can upload the documents you want to print on the print portal. If you are using a computer on the campus or at ISS, then you can also select a printer with EUR-Follow-Me in the name. The documents will be sent and kept at a secure server up to 24 hours until you log in at a Follow-me printer. Make sure the documents you want to print are selected and press the green button. If the nearest printer is occupied, you can use another.

Login printer

You can log in to the printer using your OV-chip card or a NFC enabled bank card. To link your card, simply place it on the card reader and sign in with your ERNA ID (without @eur.nl) and password. At that moment, your card gets linked to the printer. The card serves solely as a key and has no impact on the balance of your OV-chip card or bank account.

Copying

If you want to copy, you first log in at the printer. Next, you push Copy on the screen. Put the document on the plate or in the document feeder, manage the settings and press the green button.

Scanning

To scan a document, you select Scan and Send on the screen after logging in. Put the document on the plate or in the document feeder, manage the settings, select a mail address and press the green button.

Staff of the EUR can use the printers for free. Are you a student at the EUR? Please make sure you have enough credit on your account, not only for printing but for copying and scanning as well.
